Wesley has spent his entire career helping claims organizations and law firms manage litigation.
Prior to starting CaseGlide, Wesley represented the world’s largest insurance companies as an attorney at one of the largest insurance defense law firms in the country Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. While representing dozens of the top claims organizations in the United States, Wesley saw how chaotic claims litigation departments were, surmising that there had to be a better way to manage claims litigation.
As the Chief Executive Officer, Wesley leads CaseGlide’s strategic vision. He focuses on ensuring that the CaseGlide platform continues to be the best fit and value for claims departments. He also focuses on ensuring CaseGlide has the most talented people in the industry.
Carly has dedicated her entire career to solving organizations’ biggest claims litigation challenges.
Prior to leading operations at CaseGlide, Carly had a stellar career as a corporate litigator. She was the associate general counsel at a national healthcare organization, where she managed the legal operations, including insurance, risk management, contracts, labor and employment, operations, transactions, regulatory matters, intellectual property, and compliance. Before that, she was a litigation associate at one of the largest law firms in the world, Holland & Knight.
At CaseGlide, Carly leads all internal and client-facing operations, including product development, client success, human resources and finance. She is responsible for continuing CaseGlide’s product innovations in legal spend management. She also oversees CaseGlide’s client success team by ensuring each client meets their objectives and obtains optimal value from CaseGlide.
Brandon brings over ten years of technical sales and P&C Insurance Industry experience to CaseGlide, specializing in new business development and sales leadership.
Brandon’s background in the InsureTech space includes extensive experience in custom-built Policy Administration Systems, mobile applications, self-service portals, rules and rating frameworks, predictive/prescriptive analytics, and fraud mitigation. Most recently, Brandon led the North American sales team for FRISS, a global provider of risk mitigation and claims-fraud prevention and analytics. Brandon assisted with expanding FRISS’ global footprint within the US and Canada within this role. His primary responsibilities included managing a team of sales professionals, establishing a business development program, identifying, and executing strategic partnerships, developing sales enablement strategies, and working directly with P&C Insurer Senior Leadership teams.
As CaseGlide’s Vice President of Sales, Brandon oversees the entire sales organization and is responsible for CaseGlide’s annual revenue goals. Brandon works closely with CaseGlide’s marketing, customer success, and strategic partnership leaders to further expand new business development efforts and ensure overall customer satisfaction
Gina brings over twenty years of Operations, Project management, Change Management, and Client Services experience to CaseGlide.
Gina’s background in Operations and Change Management is extensive. Most recently, Gina led The Folk Group, providing outsourced COO and Change Management services to high-growth companies in various industries, including legal services and healthcare. She guided and supported company leaders to better serve their clients through operational efficiencies and strong people leadership. Gina’s passion is leading people through change, and she is a published author of People Leadership: 30 Proven Strategies to Ensure Your Team’s Success.
As Case Glide’s Vice President of Client Services, Gina leads her team as they provide New Client Onboarding, Ongoing support, and Continuous Improvement Projects. The Client Services team’s main objective is to ensure each client gets the maximum value from CaseGlide.
Jodi brings over twelve years of product management, project management, and client services experience to CaseGlide.
Jodi’s background in product management is extensive. Most recently, Jodi led Product Solutions at a360inc, where she provided strategic direction for Enterprise Product Marketing initiatives and oversaw end-to-end Product Management for a portfolio of legal products. She has developed strategic product roadmaps and prioritization processes, led cross-functional teams while implementing new frameworks, and worked directly with customers to get buy-in to new methods.
As CaseGlide’s Vice President of Product Management, Jodi oversees the product department and provides strategic direction for a differentiated product vision. She seeks to fully understand the client’s goals to deliver a unique value to CaseGlide’s product roadmap. Additionally, she works with various engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to identify and assess market and product opportunities. Jodi leads the charge on creating a compelling product category by delivering the right product, at the right time, for the right market.
