A SOC 2 Type II audit reports on non-financial controls relevant to AICPA categories such as processing integrity, security, confidentiality, and privacy. The audit was conducted by A-LIGN ASSURANCE, a leading provider of cybersecurity and compliance services. The SOC 2 Type II examination performed by A-LIGN included the 2017 Trust Services Criteria (TSP section 100) regarding the Common Criteria/Security Principle surrounding the Company’s Legal Spend Management Software Services System.
