Join our growing Sales and Marketing team. As a member of the team, you'll play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that result in effective product demos and sales for the company. As a customer support representative, you are the first point of contact for our clients as the face and voice of CaseGlide. You will be responsible for monitoring and resolving support tickets submitted through our ticketing system. You will work with users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues. You will assist clients with the optimal use of our platform and its features, as well as share best practices to achieve litigation management success. You will love working with us!
